As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Coordinate and support logistics for all training sessions to ensure smooth execution and participation across the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and updates of sales materials (decks, FAQs, scripts, narratives, etc).
- Track post-training progress and gather feedback to assess impact and identify gaps.
- Assist in refreshing and enhancing existing training content in PropertyGuru’s sales knowledge base.
- Support overall sales team readiness and engagement during pre- & post- training phase.
We're looking for someone who:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or training is a plus (internship or fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with great attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- A team player who’s proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
